We take great pride in understanding every element of our beef from paddock through to plate. Our dedicated team have personally inspected each supplier at source so you can be sure you are getting the best beef for your operation.

We first shipped Chilled PRIME Beef to Hong Kong in September 1987, after which we quickly established regular shipments, working with the U.S. Meat Export Federation to build the U.S. Beef brand to what it is today. We pride ourselves on featuring in many premium Foodservice & Retail outlets.
Server’s Choice consistency of quality is the best in the marketplace. Only around 5 % of all U.S. graded beef, and around 10% of Choice graded beef, qualifies for the Server’s Choice program. Established in 2013, the Linz Heritage Angus Ranch was developed as a place to raise our very own purebred Black Angus cattle, and thus raising the bar for top end quality beef. Ashdale Cattle are ABM Farm Assured as minimum plus additional welfare requirements to meet our specification. Cattle are sourced from approved farmer suppliers, some who we have known for many years through family generations.
Carcasses are re selected to meet our Ashdale carcass specification, then matured on the bone for a minimum of 7 days before being further processed.
Primals are produced to a high final specification, each primal is labelled with a Ashdale Finest Quality Beef label to/that guarantee the Beef quality.

Red Hill farm has been the catalyst for the development of our unique Australian Veal program – Red Hill Veal. Raised on some of the best pasture land in Australia, our vealers graze on undulating hill sides which are filled with a combination of natural clovers, phalaris, coxsfoot and rye grasses. The beautiful temperate climate in this region allows for all four seasons to provide a peaceful and relaxing environment.
